Hi! I am one of the Wedding Specialists here at the Watermill.
I have always had a passion for the hospitality industry and over the past 27 years I have been a part 1000’s of weddings and events. I started my career in 1996 here at the Watermill and in 2012 I started a planning and coordinating company called Robert Francis Events. You may have seen me on an episode of David Tutera’s 'My Fair Weddings', or in The Knot Magazine where I was awarded Top 10 Long Island Summer and Fall Weddings. Another great accomplishment is that hold the award for Banquet Director, Maître D’ of the year!
After Years of running my own business I decided to come back to where it all started. The Watermill has always felt like home and has continued to evolve into what is considered to be Long Islands Premier Wedding Venue.
