Named "Chef of the Year" by the American Culinary Federation Eastern Long Island Chapter in 2014, Executive Chef Chris Singlemann boasts a specialized and well-rounded culinary background, enabling Watermill Caterers to stay on top of the latest trends in gourmet catering. A degree in Culinary Arts, a five year tutelage and apprenticeship, as well as a short stint in France are just a few of the accomplishments contributing to Chef Chris's solid foundation as CEC at Watermill Caterers.
