Selecting a color scheme for your wedding can be overwhelming as there are countless opportunities to choose from.  Here are a few tips on how you can select the right colors for your wedding:
SEASON: choose a color scheme that compliments the season in which you are getting married.  For example: white, silver & blue will go well for a winter wedding while orange, red & brown are more appropriate for a fall wedding.
STYLE: choose a color scheme that compliments your style.  If you are bold you may opt for reds while if you are subdued you may opt for creams.  Either way, you want the colors of your wedding to be a reflection of your personal style.
SET THE MOOD: the colors of your wedding will set the tone for your event.  Think about the atmosphere you want to have and what colors put you in that mind-set.
LESS IS MORE: Do not to over design your event.  Select between 3 to 4 complimentary colors for your palette and stick to them. This will lend for a cohesive look and make for a pleasant atmosphere.
